Do I need to create an account to place an order online?

  • An account is not required, however, we do recommend creating an account to make it easier the next time you shop with us and to conveniently manage your order(s)

Can I cancel or modify my order?

  • In order to provide the fastest delivery to our customers, orders are immediately sent for processing. For this reason, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed.

Where can I find the status of my order?

  • You can view your status and order history under the My Account Page.

How is sales tax calculated?

  • Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders based on their shipping address.

Returns + Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

  • From date of purchase, you have 30 days to return an item for a refund and up to 45 days to return an item for a store credit refund.   • At Valenti, we want to make ordering a suit as stress-free as possible. We cover suit alterations up to $50 when it's brought to our physical location at Memorial City Mall.
